The owners are very nice and welcoming, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. There are separate bins for recycling, and there are cute signs that add a cheerful touch.

We had a fantastic time staying at Bushwhacked! The view from our well-furnished room was breathtaking, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The owner was friendly and provided us with helpful information. The hand-built cottage was a unique and creative delight, with its stone, wood, and metal design. The braai spot overlooking the valley was a highlight, and we loved the visits from the friendly chickens. The canopy beds were dream-like and the bedding was top quality. The kitchen was well equipped, and we enjoyed the balcony with its stunning view.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Mind-blowing location in a rural environment with stunning sunset views over the mountains. Plenty of space and great views from Skip's Shack. Good facilities including solar water heating. Convenient stopover near Kruger Park entrance. Very helpful host. Lots of cute signs and homely touches. Cookies were a super bonus!

We had a blast hiking and cycling in the area. The trails were sick and the views were mind-blowing. The Woodshed chalet was the ultimate hangout spot for our squad. We had a non-stop activity marathon and it was legendary!
The only thing we wished for was a better party scene. It would have been lit if the hotel had a cool party zone where we could have gone wild and danced all night.

The bedroom at Bushwhacked Barberton is super cozy with a comfy double bed. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. As a young and laid-back traveler, it was perfect for me.
The only thing I didn't love was the shared bathroom. It's just my personal preference, but some guests might not mind.

We were all about that cycling and hiking life, exploring the rad trails around Barberton. And let me tell you, the Woodshed chalet was the perfect hangout spot for our teenage squad. We had so much room to chill, play games, and plan our next adventures. It was like our own secret hideaway!
The only thing we wished for was a killer party scene. Like, a happening bar or a sick dance floor, you know?

Outdoor covered seating and BBQ facilities with views of the Makonjwa Mountains: The breathtaking mountain views from the outdoor seating area made our BBQ experience feel like a feast fit for royalty!
Couldn't get internet access in Skip's Shack.

Comfy bed and pillows, and a warm shower. Great sitting outside with awesome views. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances. Away from town but still close to shops.
Outdated furniture, uncomfortable couch. Limited shower flow.
